Remote Technical Support Services

Our Tech Support service provides you with a patient, easy to understand technician that will fix your computer problems without having to read from a script. Our technician has fixed countless computer problems and is experienced with the latest Windows operating systems, including Windows XP, Vista, and 2000.

If we don't know the answer, we'll find it! You will be pleased with the level of support that you receive from Elite Pro Services.

Requirements and Notices

Our remote service is available Nationwide in the United States.

Your computer must be running and connected to the Internet via a High Speed Connection (DSL, Cable).

Your computer must be running either Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows Vista.

You should have a minimum of 128MB RAM and at least 2MB of hard drive space.

You should not use your computer while it is being serviced remotely. Please close all unnecessary programs (browsers, email, etc.) Other networked users should refrain from heavy Internet traffic (downloads, gaming) while service is being performed.

Service may not be available immediately upon purchase. Your order should be addressed by our technician as soon as possible.

While our remote service offers fantastic results, not all infections may be removed via a remote connection. Sometimes a technician needs to have hands-on access to your PC. For thorough disinfection and cleaning of your PC, or for hardware problems, our Mobile Repair services are recommended.
